วิสัยทัศน์เบื้องหลัง Laughter University of Thailand สอดคล้องกับแก่นแท้ของโยคะหัวเราะอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ นั่นคือ การเผยแพร่เสียงหัวเราะ การสร้างความรู้สึกของชุมชน และการส่งเสริมกรอบความคิดเชิงบวก
ประโยชน์ของการหัวเราะนั้นลึกซึ้งและขยายออกไปเกินกว่าขอบเขตของสุขภาพกาย เสียงหัวเราะมีความสามารถมหัศจรรย์ในการเชื่อมโยงผู้คน คลายความเครียด และเติมพลังให้กับชีวิตด้วยพลังอันสดใสที่ติดต่อกันได้
เสียงหัวเราะซึ่งมักถูกเรียกว่าเป็นภาษาสากลแห่งความสุข มีพลังในการก้าวข้ามพรมแดน วัฒนธรรม และความแตกต่าง
ผมอยากสนับสนุนให้เราทุกคนรับพลังแห่งการบำบัดด้วยเสียงหัวเราะ ไม่ใช่แค่เพียงช่วงเวลาแห่งความบันเทิงชั่วขณะเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติที่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงชีวิตได้
